孙开梦，男，1958年生，研究员，中国农业科学院研究生院，硕士学位。1983年调入中国农业科学院计算中心，后并入中国农业科学院农业信息研究所工作至今。长期从事信息技术农业应用应用研究，主要研究方向：作物模拟模型技术应用研究、管理信息系统与决策支持系统应用研究。参与主持和主要参加的研究课题共计20余项，参与的主要课题有：国家科技支撑计划“农业资源利用与管理信息化技术研究与应用”子课题“农业区域优势产业分析系统”；国家科技部“数字农业技术研究与示范”专项“小麦－玉米连作虚拟系统”； 国家“863”计划项目“智能化农田生态信息处理技术与应用研究”； 国家“863”计划项目“小麦、玉米协同模型及其周年生产仿真系统研究”； 国家科技支撑计划项目“农产品数量安全智能分析与预警关键技术支撑系统及示范”子课题“农产品数量安全数据获取关键技术及设备研发”等。

       作为主要完成人获院级以上科技奖励7次，主要获奖成果有：“小麦-玉米连作智能决策系统”，2002年获北京市科技进步三等奖，中国农业科学院科技进步一等奖，第2完成人；“基于智能技术的农业经济分析与辅助决策系统”，2005年获北京市科技进步三等奖，第4完成人；“数字化玉米种植管理系统”，2006年获中国农业科学院科学技术奖二等奖，2008年获中华农业科技奖三等奖，第4完成人。
