诸叶平，研究员，女，1959年3月出生于北京，博士学位。1982年8月毕业于天津大学计算机科学与技术系，获学士学位；2006年7月毕业于北京林业大学资源环境学院，获博士学位。1982年8月毕业分配到中国农业科学院计算中心，2003年至今在中国农业科学院农业信息研究所智能农业技术研究室工作；目前任北京市政协委员、北京市政协农业与农村专业委员会副主任、北京市政府特邀建议人等。

       长期从事农业信息技术研究工作，先后主持国家“863”计划（5项）、国家科技攻关（2项）、国家科技支撑（1项）、国家自然科学基金（2项）、北京市自然科学基金（2项）、农业部课题以及其它各类课题共计30余项目。获得省部级科技奖16项，其中12项为第1或第2完成人。发表论文80余篇，出版专著3部。1993年获政府特殊津贴，1997年被评为农业部“中青年有突出贡献专家”。
